Lovo Nova was built by queer women, for a community that deserves better than rainbow-washing. We make high-quality pins, jewellery, and accessories that celebrate LGBTQIA+ identity — and we sell them where it matters most: on the ground, at Prides, with the community.
This summer, we’re hitting the road across Germany. And we need someone great to come with us.

The role
What you’ll do 📋
- Sell our products at Pride and festivals across Germany
- Welcome and advise customers at our stand — with warmth and real queer knowledge
- Manage our stand throughout each event, start to finish
- Set up and break down the stand at each location
- Keep track of stock and sales materials
- Represent the Lovo Nova brand on the ground — you are the face of the brand
- Drive the company vehicle to events across Germany
