How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@lovonova.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. We’ll get back to you with the next steps.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges if:
– The request is made within 14 days of delivery.
– The items are unused, undamaged, and in original condition (including packaging).
– You have contacted us before sending the items back.
Refunds
– If the returned items meet the above conditions, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
– If the items are returned used or damaged, a partial refund will be issued based on the condition of the items.
– Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected.
Exclusions
– Custom or personalized items are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Shipping Costs
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
– Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
