3. Conclusion of Contract
<\/strong>By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You may initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button, which constitutes your acceptance of the offer for the goods in the shopping cart.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
<\/strong>All prices include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown before the final order submission. \u00a0
Accepted payment methods include: credit card, PayPal, and others as listed during checkout.
5. Shipping and Delivery Conditions
<\/strong>Orders are shipped from Luxembourg. We ship internationally unless stated otherwise. Delivery times are indicated on each product page and may vary depending on the destination country. If items are not available or are delayed, we will inform you accordingly. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply in their country.
6. Right of Withdrawal

7. Returns and Exchanges
<\/strong>Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days after delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
8. Reservation of Ownership
<\/strong>The goods remain our property until full payment is received.
9. Warranty and Guarantees
<\/strong>The statutory warranty rights apply. Additional warranties may apply for specific products and will be detailed accordingly.
10. Liability
<\/strong>We shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For minor negligence, we shall only be liable for injury to life, body or health or for the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
11. Dispute Resolution
<\/strong>The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/. We are not obligated nor willing to participate in a dispute settlement procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
